Welcome to the Hooligan Forest. My name is Janvieve, one of the world's two known
Hooligans and keeper of this site. One of the first questions many of our visitors
have is,
What exactly is a Hooligan? The answer to this is simple: A hooligan is one who
follows the ways of Hooliganism. Hooliganism def. the things a Hooligan does.
I hope that clears up any confusion.
This is me, and 'Zling at Minicon. I'm the one without horns,
