CONCEPT:
Competitive teams comprised of current team roster

GOAL:
To improve skills and enjoyment of the game

APPLICATION:
Competitive Team play both within the rated and non-rated DeathMatch rooms

STRUCTURE:
Teams are comprised of 4 members and each team has a "Fight Leader" or "Field General"
who commands gameplay. Leaders are assisted by fellow team members in developing strategy
for the indvidual fight team and appropriate civ selections as it relates to the skills of the various members.

EXPECTATIONS:
* Trainning Sessions
* Regularly scheduled practices
* On-going assessment of tactics and abilities

CRS2 is meant to be a pleasurable experience for our CRS team members who would like to create smaller fight teams that focus on tactics, skills and cohesive play. This is in no way meant to compete with CRS members who are not CRS2. If you are like me (jester) and you just enjoy playing with friends after work and on weekends..then hey lets all have fun with TEamCRS...but, if you are looking for a little "extra" please look into CRS2.
