SERVING THE LORD IS GOOD

To work for GOD is pleasure, each one has a job to do,
We must turn to HIM in prayer, so HE can guide us through.
HE knows just what is needed, and supplies you with the power,
If you but trust in what HE says, and follow HIM every hour.

If you are humble and accept HIS will, and constantly submit yourself,
HE will be with you always, and shower down untold wealth.
The things that used to worry you, and seemed to be so bad,
Will all seem less important, for with HIM you're always glad.

You'll be happy with your life, and your heart will fill with peace,
You'll find within a greater strength, and your blessings will increase.
So serve the Lord with all your heart, and obey all HIS commands,
Take your soul to the altar and place it in HIS hands.
 

THE FALLEN ANGEL

The devil was an angel, who fell from grace above,
He lost his home in glory and his FATHER'S precious love.

He thought that he was greater and should be the one to lead,
All he knew was evil as were his words and deeds.

For all his disobedience, the LORD sent him away,
And that is how the devil got to where he is today.

You see he hates to lose and will fight you every day,
He hates all who are Christians and he hates it when they pray.

He hates it when they're happy and when they praise the LORD,
He hates their BIBLE study and he hates to be ignored.

The devil's out to get you in any way he can,
He's trying to prove to everyone that he's the better man.

Trust in your HEAVENLY FATHER, let HIM show you the way
Let HIM wrap HIS arms around you and keep you safe each day.
