(serial# 332405) built in 1925. It was
built by the
Hercules Gas Engine Company in
Evansville, Indiana.
This engine was sold by Sears & Roebuck
in 1925. I
restored this engine in 1996.
An engine this small would most likely
be found
attached to a small water pump, feed
grinder or other
small equipment that needed power around
the farm
back then.
