| CONTROL: Excellent control. The game uses a power meter to determine the power of your swing, so timing is important. | |
| CHALLENGE: It is challenging. The computer competitors are tough, at first. But, the more you play, the better you get at it. | |
| THEME: Mario and friends are playing golf. There's as much story here as there is in Mario Kart 64. | |
| FUN: One of the better multi-player games for the N64. And there are so many different modes to choose from. There's regular golf and miniature golf, and more. |
