Nintendo's Fall Line-Up

A lot of people are very mad at Nintendo for delaying Nintendo 64 games such as Banjo-Kazooie, Conker's Quest, Yoshi's Story, and MLB Featuring Ken Griffey Jr.. What's left? Well, at the end of September, we get Mischief Makers. This game was sold in Japan by Enix and was under the name Yuke! Yuke! Trouble Makers. There's nothing in October. But, in November, we get Diddy Kong Racing. This is a racing/adventure game made by Rare. And in December we get Bomberman 64. Nintendo is publishing the American version of the Hudson Soft game.

That's it. Just three games. It seems like Nintendo doesn't have much to offer, does it? Well, wait a minute, you're forgetting about the Super NES and Game Boy systems. What games does Nintendo have in store for you for these two systems? A lot more than there will be for the Nintendo 64. Here's a list of the games you can expect for both these systems:

Super NES (Nintendo's 16-BIT System)

  • Arkanoid: Doh It Again (Action/Arcade)
  • Space Invaders (Action/Arcade)
  • Kirby's Dream Land 3 (Action)
  • Kirby's Super Star Stacker (Puzzle)

Game Boy (Nintendo's 8-BIT Portable System)

  • Ken Griffey Jr. Presents MLB: Game Boy Edition (Baseball)
  • Donkey Kong Land 3 (Action/Adventure)
  • Wario Land 2 (Action/Adventure)
  • James Bond 007 (Action/Adventure)
  • Game & Watch Gallery 2 (Action/Arcade)

Nintendo has three Nintendo 64 games, four Super NES games, and five Game Boy games in it's fall line-up. That's a total of twelve games.

Sure, Nintendo isn't getting out many Nintendo 64 games this fall, but Nintendo is giving out a lot of games for all of it's systems. So don't judge Nintendo's fall plans just by what they are doing for just the Nintendo 64. Take the other two systems into consideration first.
