Lynn Hotel
The Lynn Hotel was built in 1881 on the northwest corner of Second Street and Indianapolis Avenue, and was a landmark in Seymour for 110 years. It featured marble wash basins, stained glass, and an elegant staircase. It has been said that poker games in the basement were known to last for days at a time. It was demolished in 1991.
