Ok, what I need to do is put the Post-It on my sternum for at least 18 minutes. Why 18? It doesn't say. I think it's pretty arbitrary, myself. After that, I stick in on my billfold. It doesn't say what to do if I have no billfold, although, I assume a money clip or wallet or changepurse will do nicely as well. It also doesn't specify how long to keep it there. I'll just say 18 minutes for that one, too. Then I stick it to my largest bill and send it back. Wait a minute. I see what they're trying to do. They can't fool me. They're pretty sneaky, though. Let's see what else they have to say.
