Wow! A black guy! He's obviously thinking, probably about the words hovering above his head. It says, "Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does. Great is the LORD! He is most worthy of praise! 1 Chronicles 16:24-25 (NET)". NET, of course, stands for New England Testament or something to that effect. Maybe this guy's just having delusions of grandeur. Maybe he's trying to get a publishing deal. Who can honestly say, especially since the guy's just a crappy painting.
