Sting of the Black Scorpion

The Black Scorpion is back, and she's tougher than ever.  This time she's being played by Michelle Lintel.  The movie starts out with her walking the streets as a fake prostitute and being propositioned by a cop who's out looking for real prostitutes but didn't get the memo or something.  Anyway, they're both also on a half-assed stakeout or something.  Anyway, the shit goes down, the cop goes in, and Darcy Walker becomes the Black Scorpion.  After she beats the bad guys, the cop (who I'll call Jack) tries to arrest her, cuz he kinda likes her.  She gets away.  The next day, he shows up at the police station and they become partners.

Meanwhile, the mayor's giving a speech about something, and the first supervillain shows up.  He has a big cannon where his right hand should be.  His name is Firearm.  Get it?  Firearm?  Because he can fire his arm.  Anyway, they have a showdown, and he blows up her car, so Argyle (the mechanic guy, formerly played by Garrett Morris) makes her a new one, because he's such a nice guy.

The Black Scorpion easily dispatches Firearm, so he's gone.  Next supervillain.  This guy is a tabloid photographer who wants to get a picture of the Black Scorpion's secret identity.  Instead, he gets blinded and turns into a supervillain named Flashpoint.  He's angry about this and hires a guy to make a laser to fix his eyes (which kind of works, a little) and make an even bigger laser to blind the entire city.  He's evil.

He's also pretty stupid, because the Black Scorpion (with the help of her friend Argyle, donning his argyle-patterned costume for the only time as Captain Argyle) dupes him into thinking she's on live TV, when actually it was pre-recorded, and she's really there to kick his ass.  She and Argyle quickly take care of him and blow up his giant laser in a tremendous special effects scene before he can blind the city.

Now it's time for supervillain number three, he's obsessed with time, and he calls himself Clockwise, played by Frank Gorshin (The Riddler from Batman).  He's been in jail for many years after being falsely convicted of killing a cop.  Somehow, he was able to set up a clock-themed gang of criminals while in the pokey, one of them played by Victoria Silvstedt, former Playmate of the Year.  So, he gets out and puts his evil plan into action.  He steals some new technology that causes people to age drastically.  He also has the ability to stop time for 3 seconds.  His evil sinister plot is to make a bunch of people a lot older, and he does just that, but making them stare into clocks.  Then there's a crappy special effect, and they get old.  It's really neat.

But who is this Clockwise, anyway, and why is he turning these people old?  The Black Scorpion uses her Scorpion Tron to find out.  His name is Benjamin Tinkerman, and he's out to ruin the lives of all the jurors who convicted him, as well as the judge and his arresting officer (and now police chief).  The Black Scorpion uses her superpowers and nifty technology to track him down and put an end to his reign of terror.  Speaking of technology, she can now change her identity and her car in a matter of seconds but just putting on a magic ring or giving a magic command.  Check it out:
