All About James!!!
Hey, since your here I guess you want to know a bit about me.
Well, my full name is James Parsons, I'm 17 years old,I am 6', I have brown hair and blue eyes. I am addicted to slushy's!!!
As for music...I listen to the Blues (BB King, SRV), all kinds of rock (mainly 60's/70's era stuff like Hendrix, Zepplin, Pink Floyd, Santana, Cream, etc...), some mainstream/alternative stuff (I find all this new shit sounds pretty much the same and the bands have little skill), Metal (Metallica, Steve Vai, etc...), and most recently I find that I like listening to Dance type music when I am driving.
My favorite band is.....
I play sports such as basketball, waterpolo, soccer, football, hockey, skiing,
waterskiing, sailing, and just about anything else!!!
I have a job working at a community recreation center as a lifeguard.
AND OF COURSE, MY ONE AND ONLY HOBBY, PLAYING GUITAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay here's a very recent pic of myself...
O.K. this is MY gear section of this page. I don't own very much right now but most recently I have purchased a new amp. I sold my Fender Princeton Chorus and in its place I have bought a Mesa/Boogie 'Nomad 55'. I purchased it because it is extremely versitile for many music styles and in my opinion, a great value.
My electric guitar is a Epiphone Les Paul which does the job quite well. I am currently shopping for an acoustic guitar. Maybe a Guild or a Seagull.
For effects, I use a Vox Wah pedal, a DOD Flanger pedal, and I may be purchasing a Line 6 POD Delay Unit.
Eventually i'll buy a Fender Strat like a roadhouse or american deluxe, or if I can afford it...a daphne blue closet classic strat. Then maybe a '52 Tele Reissue or a PRS. Ultimately i'd like to buy a Paul Reed Smith Custom 22 or a McCarty, but at that $3000-$4000 range it could be a while.
