Marbled Cheesecake

Makes about 10 slices

3 pkg. (8 oz.) non-fat cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. non-fat sour cream
1 T. all-purpose flour
2 t. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 squares (2 oz.) semisweet chocolate, melted

FOR THE CRUST
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 18 wafers)
1 T. butter or margarine, melted

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 325. To prepare crust, in a bowl combine crumbs and butter. Mix well. Press into bottom of an 8" springform pan.

STEP 2: In a large mixing bowl, using a mixer set on medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Beat in sour cream, flour and vanilla. Add eggs, beat well.

STEP 3: Transfer 1-1/2 cups of batter to a small bowl. Stir in chocolate. Spread half of the vanilla batter crust. Top with half of chocolate batter. Then repeat.

STEP 4: Using a knife swirl batters together. Bake until done about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

STEP 5: Cool to room temperature. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
