Salsa Chicken with Rice

Depending on the number of people:

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
Lightly sear strips in skillet with small amount of cooking oil.
Add 3/4c water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, add 3/4 jar(16 oz.)of salsa according to taste (mild, hot, etc)

Cook over low heat until mixture is thickened. Fix instant rice according to box. Top with chicken mixture and serve hot.
