6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 onions
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom/chicken soup
In large sauce pan, boil potatoes, onions, and carrots in salted water until almost tender. Add smoked sausage and cook until done. Add soups and heat through. Season to taste. Serve hot.
