Scalloped Corn

1 beaten egg
1 c. crushed crackers
3/4 t. salt
Dash pepper
1 can cream-style corn
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 T. chopped green pepper
1 T. butter, melted

     Combine egg, 2/3 cup of the crumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir in corn, onion and green pepper; mix well. Turn into 1 quart casserole. Toss butter with remaining crumbs and sprinkle atop corn. Bake at 350 for 65 to 70 minutes.
