1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs, beaten
4 T. teriyaki sauce or 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
Brown ground beef in iron skillet. Add eggs and scramble in with the ground beef. Stir in teriyaki or soy sauce. Cook until completely blended then stir in 1-1/2 cups cooked rice. Serve hot.
