Cauliflower Salad

Cauliflower Salad

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 small red onion
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 boiled eggs
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. cooked bacon
10 oz. frozen peas

Combine lettuce, cauliflower, peas, onion and eggs. Mix together sugar, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise; set aside. Put all but 1/2 cup bacon in with lettuce mixture. Pour mayonnaise mixture on top. Do not stir until ready to eat. Put rest of bacon on top.
