Mimosa
Ingredients:Directions:
1 qt cold, freshly squeezed orange juice
1 bottle chilled BRUT champaigne
Mix and pour into stemmed glasses and serve.
Any leftovers could be mixed with a little geletin (1 T per pt) and poured over fresh fruit for a good dessert.

Cranberry-Pineapple Punch
Ingredients:Directions:
1 pt pineapple sherbet, softened
1, 1 pt bottle sweetened cranberry juice
2 c milk
In blender or lg mixing bowl, begin blending softened sherbet with cranberry juice.
Gradually add in milk, blending until foamy.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 1/2 C

Home-Made Cocoa Mix
Ingredients:Directions:
2 C Non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C cocoa
1/2 C powdered non-dairy creamer
Dash of salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Blend well.
Store in a tightly covered container.
(makes a nice gift in a pretty jar along with mugs.)
Single serving: 1/4 C mix and 3/4 C boiling water.
Group serving (15-16 people): 3 3/4 C mix and 11 1/4 C water.

Fresh Raspberry Lemonade
Ingredients:Directions:
3 C cold water
1 qt fresh raspberries, washed and drained (may use strawberries, instead)
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C fresh lemon juice
2 C club soda
Lemon slices (optional)
Blend water, raspberries, and sugar in blender, until smooth
Stir in lemon juice
Blend in soda
Serve immediately
Garnish with lemon slices
Makes 2 qts or 8 servings
