CHOCOLATE PILLOWS
Ingredients:Directions:
1 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Hershey bars
Cream together margarine, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Press through cookie press, using saw-tooth plate, into strips on ungreased cookie sheet.
Cut milk chocolate bars into 1-inch pieces, place 1/4 inch apart on strips of dough.
Press another strip of dough over candy, covering completely.
Mark bars between chocolate pieces.
Bake at 375 degrees 12 to 15 minutes, until light brown.
Cut into pieces immediately.

My Only Sin
Ingredients:Directions:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 cups butter
1 large cartons Cool Whip
2 (16 ounce) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 large (instant) vanilla pudding
1, med can crushed pineapple(drained)
Note: save juice to put in the pudding.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, and butter.
Spread into the bottom of a 8 inch square cake pan.
Bake 350-degrees F for 20 minutes.
Cool for 2 hours.
Next...blend cream cheese and sugar
whip thoroughly
Blend in 1 cup cool whip.
Spread mixture on top of the crust, and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Make the pudding following instructins on the package but substituting the pineapple juice for part of the liquid.
Spread on the cake and chill 1 hour.
Cover with remaining cool whip and sprinkle nuts on top and return to the refrigerator.

CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE
Ingredients:Directions:
3 Eggs,slightly beaten
1 c Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 c Sugar
2 T Margarine, melted
4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
1 t Vanilla
1 1/2 c Pecan halves
1, 9" unbaked pie shell
In a large bowl, stir first 6 ingredients until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350 degree oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool.
Yield: 8 servings

EXTRA-RICH CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE
Ingredients:Directions:
6 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2/3 c Evaporated Milk
2 T Butter Or Regular Margarine
2 lg Eggs, slightly beaten
1 c Sugar
2 T Unbleached Flour
1/4 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
1 c Pecans, chopped
1 Unbaked, 9-inch Pie Shell
Combine the chocolate chips, evaporated milk, and butter in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Combine the eggs, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and pecans in a bowl and mix well.
Gradually stir the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, blending well, and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for 40 minutes or until the filling is set.
Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: 6 servings
