"Hey Charissa," Mary called out.

"What?"

"Phone"

"Who is it?" I said.

And she said, "It's your mom."

And I ran downstairs and took the phone away from her hand."Hello."

"Charissa, it's your mom, I just wanted to tell you that me and your dadwill be home in an hour or two."

"Alrighty."And she said," Okay then bye."

And I was like,"By-."

She cut me off."Oh, yes, one more thing."

"What is it?"

"I have a surprise for you and Mary when me and your dad come home."

"What's the surprise." I said.

Mary was right next to me when she heard surprise. Then she yelled out,"What's the surprise."

And I just ignored her and continued talking to mom. When I hung up with mom, Mary started jumping up and down yelling,"What's the surprise, what's the surprise."

And I told her,"I don't know, mom won't tell me what it is and she won'teven give me a hint."

And finally she stop jumping up and down and sortawas calm, but I could totally tell that she was anxious to kow what thesurprise was that mom and dad had for us.

An hour later....... "Honk! Honk!"

"Dad's home, mom's home," I screamed.I ran outside and Mary followed. When we went outside, mom and dad had ahuge smile in their faces. We walked towards them and asked,"What's thesurprise."

And they both said at the same time,"Go inside and you willfind out." So we ran back in and sat at the couch waiting for mom anddad to come inside the house and tell us what the surprise is. While wewere waiting, because they were taking their time, me and Mary startedguessing what was the surprise. I thought that it would be a pet ormoney or a higher allowance or they got us a new car. Mary thought thatthey got us a pet or a car or we are moving to France. Then we startedthinking the negatives. I was thinking what if mom is pregnant, what if they found out about my secret that I have been keeping from them forthe past months or what if they will send me to Boot Camp. Mary thought, what if we aren't going to France, what if they bought us a car and itis an ugly looking one. We sat there worried. Our emotions were changingeverytime we hear the clock tick. We would either feel happy, orworried, or mad, or happy again. Then finally, mom and dad walked in theliving room and sat down. We were sitting there nervous because thesmile on their face was gone. Their look before was a more happy look outside, now it was more like a serious look. Then I felt Mary start toshake, because she was also thinking the same thing I was thinking. Are we in trouble.

Then I finally said,"Wh-what's th-th-thesur-sur-pr-pr-surprise?" And Mary said,"Y-yeah."

And then mom got her purse. Dad was still looking at us and mom took out an envelope.

Mary said,"Wh-what's in th-that envelope."

Mom didn't say anything to her.Dad was still looking at us. Mom opened the envelope, and while she was half way through opening it, she looked at us. And I said,"Whyare-aren't you going t-to open the en-envelope."

And she just looked at me and looked at the envelope and started to open it again. When she opened it, she took out two pieces of paper and it looked like tickets or passes or something like that. She put the envelope in her purse, but she was still holding on to the two pieces of paper. She looked at us and finally said,"Here you go, take a look at it."

Mary took it andlooked at it. I didn't want to look at it because I was to afraid of what it might say. Then all of a sudden, Mary jumped up in the air andscreamed,"YESSSS!"

I looked up at her and stood up and took the piecesof paper away from her hand. I looked at it and read it. Then all of a sudden, this huge smile went across my face. I yelled out,"I can'tbelieve you got us N SYNC tickets for April."

Then Mary said,"and they're front row." We ran up to our parents and gave them a huge hug and a huge kiss.

"Are you two going to the concert too, because, you accompany Charissa while I go sit somewhere else and have fun." Mary said.

"Nooo, I don't want you two to go." Then my parent's looked at me wierd and I said," I don't mean it in a bad way, it's just that I'm 16years old and I don't want to be accompanied around in an N SYNC concert with my parent's." And I started to complain.

"Don't worry," Dad said," We are NOT going with you. We thought about it on the way homeand thought that Mary was old enough to accompany you since she is 19 years old." Then I looked at Mary and she looked back at me. And we both said,"Alright" since we were close sisters. We ran upstairs and slammed the door and Mary told me, "I can't wait to go to the concert, you know Charissa, we both might get lucky in that concert since we both havegreat seats and everything."

"What do you mean, we might get lucky." I said.

"You know, since we both have front row seats and it in the middle of the stage, don't you think N SYNC will notice us."

And I said,"Yeah, and other girls too."

"No, you totally don't get the point that I'm trying to say, what if one of them think we are attractive in some way."

And I said, "No they won't, now shut up and get ready for bed, we have school tomorrow and I have an exam tomorrow." And through a pillow at her.

Back at the Marriot Hotel.......

"Ooooh, my God."

"Oooh boy am I beat."

"Thank God it's over."

"I can finally sleep."

"Justin, can you please give me a soda in the refridgerator."

"No, why don't you get it Chris."

"But your younger than me, and you still have power in you, you still have strength to stand up and get me a soda right now!" Chris said.

"But I don't want to." Justin whined.

"Justin, why don't you just get him the soda, he's to old to get it for himself." JC said.

Chris stood up and said in an old man expression,"You better not start that stuff with me sonny, or else I will hit that bottom of yours with this cane." And pretended that there was a cane in his hand and lifted it up. Everyone just laughed at him and he went to go get his soda.

JC stood up and ran straight to Chris. He grabbed the soda away from his hand and scolded him,"How many times have I told youto NOT drink in the bottle!" JC slapped him upside the head causing Chris to spit out all the soda he had in his mouth all over on Justin.

"Hey," Justin yelled out.

Chris looked at JC and said,"Look what you did, thanks for slapping me upside the head a making me spit out all that soda to Justin. I was going to drink that anyway."

Justin looked at Chris and then at JC. He looked at his shirt and yelled,"This is my favorite shirt! Which one of you should I kill first!"

Then JC and Chris started to run and Justin chased after them.

Joey got up and grabbed Justin's shirt and yelled,"Will you guys just forget about it and take care about it tomorrow! I'm trying to sleep!"

"But my shirt is all wet and I wanted to wear this next week."

"Well, you can wash it when we have time. That's why they invented washing machines. If you stayed in school a little bit longer, then you'll know what they do to your clothes." Joey said and Justin gave him a wierd look. Joey ignored it and went straight to bed and went under the covers and closed his eyes to sleep.

Justin went to the closet and got out one of his other shirt and put it on then went to his bed and lyed down. Chris and JC did the same. While JC and Chris went under the cover's, Justin said in a stern voice, "You guys are dead."

"OH, we're both scared." Chris said in a girly expression.

The day before the concert.......
