Chapter 5

I spent the next five hours in my bunk listening to my Sony Discman.As I was listening to my Mariah Carey CD I felt somebody pull on my arm.I looked over to see who it was.There stood Lance motioning for me to take off my headphones."J.B. I just wanted to see if your okay." I looked at him."Lance if I tell will you something you promise me it won't leave this bunk?" "Yeah you know I won't tell a soul." "Lance,I want to go home.But at the same time I don't."A confused look swept his face."I don't understand." "Well you see I wan't to go home so I don't have to look at Justin.Because everytime I do it hurts.Yet I don't want to go because if I do I'll know that I missed out on a lot of things.Including a chance to spend time with all of you guys.But don't tell Joey because he'll get a big ego.Oh too late."Lance laughed at my last comment.Then he got serious."J.B. you know none of us want you to go either. I mean Its a good thing to have a girl here every once in a while.Plus if you leave who will cook?" "Thanks Lance. I feel loved.""Oh you know I'm kidding come here give me a hug." As we hugged the bus must have hit a major bump because I fell backwards and Lance fell on top of me.Joey,J.C.,Justin and Chris opened th curtain."guys are yall o....Lance,J.B. what are you doing ?!?!"Even though it was completely innocent,it didn't look like it.Both me and Lance jumped up."THIS ISN'T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!"

"And did you see Joey's face.Oh my that was so funny!!" After we explained to the guys what happened Lance decided that when we got to the hotel in Los Angelos he would take me out for Ice Cream to cheer me up."Lance.J.B. what are you doing?!?!"I said in my best Joey impersonation. Lance nearly choked on his sundae."How did you do that?" "Do what?" "You sounded just like Joey." I smiled."Oh that that was easy to learn your voice is a little bit harder to learn. "I cleared my throat."I'm just a southern gentlemen."He laughed "I do not sound like that!!" I gave him a daring look."Are you sure?" "Yes I'm sure.Anyway how did you learn to talk like Joey?" "I have a lot of free time on my hands." he sat down his empty Ice cream cup."Are you ready to go back?" I nodded,threw away the trash and we left."And Lance.You do too sound like that!"With that I took off towards the hotel with Lance right behind me.

As I was about to go into the hotel Lance told me that he forgot to get his backpack from the bus.And if I would mind getting it for him.(Part of my assistant jobs.)When I got on the bus.I went strait where Lance said he left his backpack.It wasn't there.'Oh well I'll look for it tomorrow'. As I reached for the door I felt somebody grab my arm and pull me back in.What could I do? I Screamed.
