Chapter 10

**Tamara's Point Of View**

When Justin dropped me off he insisted walking me to my door. "so..." "so...." We just stood there. I was hoping that he would kiss me. But I was starting to think that it wasn't going to happen. My heart felt like it had stopped beating when Justin started to lean in but right before his lips touched mine he stopped. 'What is he doing?' Justin paused and for some odd reason he kissed me on my cheek. "goodnight Tamara" I don't know what came over me but I wasn't going to let it end like that. I grabbed Justin's arm and yanked him in front of me. I didn't see his reaction I just kissed him. He had to be stunned because his lips didn't react at first he just stood there. I pulled away. "Umm Justin. Are you okay?" He just looked at me like he was debating something. "What do I have to lose?" And with that he kissed me back. And needless to say this had definatly beaten the kiss that had occurred earlier that day. I had a million thoughts going through my mind. 'Is this really happening? Tamara he is leaving in two days. This isn't Felicity you can not follow him all the way to Florida. well maybe..... No No No!' We both reluctanlty pulled away from each other. " I better go." 'Yeah I know, I have to go tell Lisa that the date went well but I think she already knows." He looked confused. "How?" I pointed to my window at Lisa who was waving at us. "That's how." He chuckled. "Okay I have to go." he gave me a kiss on the cheek. "I'll see you tommorrow." I watched as he got into his car and left.

As I walked into my room I saw Lisa beaming. "That was soooo Beautiful! Oh Tammy it looked like right out of a movie. Only you kissed him first.... But still, wow." She gushed. "Yeah well it felt that way to. Lisa I really like him. But ....." Lisa looked at me. "But what? Tamara he is a great guy." I sighed "Lisa I know he is a great guy. believe me I know, But he is going back to florida in 2 days, I mean I have never even had more than 2 dates with any guy. So living 2,000 miles away from a guy isn't the best thing." lisa looked at me with her shrink look. "Tamara listen to me. If it is meant to be. True Love will prevail." I rolled my eyes. "lisa one date doesn't mean true love." "Tammy you know what I mean. It could turn out to be love. and if it is meant to be, believe me it will work." I looked in the mirror. "I hope so. Because I really would hate to miss out on it."

**Justin's Point Of View**

I walked down the hallway of the hotel thinking about the events earlier. I definatly didn't expect tamara to kiss me. The reason I didn't kiss her was the fact that I knew I was leaving in 2 days. "Dang J, you should have known better. It probably won't work. But you really like her." I thought out loud. "So what should you have known better about?" I turned around to see Lance behind me. "Scoop? Its midnight. What the heck are you doing up? Trying o scare me?" "I had to find out how your date went." I opened the door to my suite. "it was a date. Not much to talk about." "So it wasn't a good date?" I shook my head. "No it was a great date, just I don't think I is going to work between me and Tamara." Lance tilted his head with a look of confusion on his face. "So It was a great date, you already confessed that you realy like the girl, yet you don't thin it's going to work out?" I sighed. "Come on in. I'll tell you about it." As we walked in lance sat down on the couch. "Want something to drink?" "Naw Curly. That's okay." I shrugged and grabbed a soda out of the refrigerator and sat on one of the chairs in the common room and I told Lance all about my date with Tamara. And the reason why I didn't think it was going to work between Tamara and I. "Lance what am I going to do? I really like her but I know that it would be tough to keep seeing her Considering when we're not on tour I would be thousands of miles away her." He looked at me with a knowing look on her face. "Justin, do you remember when you were telling me about handling my long distance relationship with Danielle." I nodded. "Yeah." "Well you told me no matter how tough it might get, if it is right, and it is meant to be, That we would survive it and that it would be worth it, and it was. And." I cut him off. "And if it is meant for me and Tamara. I should take my own advice." Lance smiled. "See Justin you are getting smarter.. Im gonna go to sleep. Ill see you in the morning. 'night." "Goodnight." I changed into my pajamas and got into bed. 'Man lance I hope you are right. Because I would hate to miss out on a good thing.'
