"I Will Still Love You"

Chapter 11

Five years later...

Chris' jokes and pranks were missing. JC's father figure and music talent were gone. Lance's shyness and advices were absent. Joey's Superman obsession and cheerfulness were nowhere to be found. Justin's soulful voice had quiet down.

The entertainment world had been generous to them. 'N Sync stayed together for eight years, during which they broke many records. They won twelve Grammy's, their concerts were sold out, and their fifth and last album sold 43 million copies. However, time went by and they decided to go their separate ways and enjoy life in a different way. They stayed best friends, or "brothers" how they used to call each other. They also decided to stay in Orlando, the city that had welcomed them with open arms, the city which they learned to call "home."

Chris was working in a field that he loved as much as music. He was a psychologist and had his own office in Downtown Orlando. He wasn't married, but his girlfriend, Stacey, was pregnant. Life couldn't be better.

Joey became an actor, something that no one had expected. He was dating a model named Robin. He was continuously traveling between Orlando and Los Angeles, and working on his next project, the re-make of "Superman." He was content with his choices and his next goal was to win an Oscar.

Lance fell in love and got married. His wife, Nicole, was a local journalist. They didn't have kids yet, but both wanted a big family. He founded a record company along with JC, 'N Sync Entertainment, named after the group; the group that made him who he was. Life was good to him.

JC continued in the music industry. Besides being the co-founder of 'N Sync Entertainment, he also wrote and produced songs, which was something that he always wanted to do. He found true love and settled down. He was married to Joanna's cousin, Andrea. They met at a wedding and both say that it was "love at first sight." They had a kid, a two-month old boy named Matthew.

Justin and Joanna exchanged vows three years after he gave her the promise ring. They got married on February 12th, 2002, the exact same day that they started dating, back in 1995. It was a beautiful ceremony by the beach. Justin was 21 and Joanna was 20. They knew they were young, however, they took the risk and didn't regret any of it. Joanna majored in architecture and designed the house that they were now living in. Justin continued his career as a singer and his awaited solo debut album was going to be released soon. The couple had a one-year old girl, Jasmine. They coped with the difficulties and loved each other like there was no tomorrow.

"...and that's the story of you mommy and daddy's life." said Justin to his daughter while putting her to sleep. After his job was done, he stood up and turned around. In front of him there was a vision. His love. His dream. His life. The one person in the world he would kill and die for. She was standing in the doorway, just contemplating her family. He approached her and placed his arms around her waist. She encircled her hands around his neck.

"I was watching from here and I just fell in love all over again." Joanna said.

"I was putting Jas to sleep, she was tired." He smiled and kissed her softly in the lips.

"Have I ever told you I love you?" Justin asked.

"No." she answered.

"I do." he said.

"Still?" she questioned, smiling at her husband.

"Always." was his answer.
