Amends

What got me most excited at first was the HAIR!!! Did everyone notice the hair? Wow - no streaks and this cute little bangs thing - Not a bit of pink throughout the whole show either!!! Wo0oh0o!!! The Joss-God heard my prayers!!!

Perhaps I should start from the smallest parts of the show and escalate - that whole "I have the Hannukah spirit in me!" line is priceless! I can't wait to use it on someone *giggle* I forgot all about Willow's Jewishness until last night - I wonder if it conflicts with her being a witch nowadays?
Hmmm...its kind of sad that instead of going to Xander's house to watch Snoopy's Corny Christmas show she hung out with Oz. I mean - she's his best friend and seeing them grow up and apart is going to hurt a lot - unless a vampire jumps out right in the middle of it and scares us *sigh*

Hey anyone else notice the conspiculously small number of vamps in this eppie? We just saw the ones over in Willie's bar *clap for continuity* I like that bar and its seedy owner - I think he's cool - in a wussy, ironic kind of way. I was dying when he told Xander that he did good on the intimidation side of things - I wonder who Willie is? I mean a normal man can't work in that place...he's not a vamp - maybe he's like Whistler - you know - neither good nor bad - just evening things out *shrug*

So yeah - less vamps is always a plus. And the bad little demons underground were splitting since Evil arrived. Do you think that is the big thing the Mayor was waiting for? I guess not since he would have been present right? *sigh*

So anyone else think Evil is kind of cool? I mean not real Evil - I don't want anyone going out to trip grandmas and sabotage teacher's finals and then blaming it on me...mind you I'm not saying you shouldn't sabotage teacher's grades, I'm just saying don't blame it on me if you get caught. 0:-)

I mean the real Evil which ran around haunting Angel was kind of cool...And we got to see what a funny looking guy he used to be. *LOL* Did you check out that moustache? I mean Angellus was a pretty wicked fellow 0;-) How wrong was it when he killed that skinny blonde chick and said her son would be dessert? *giggle* I'm sorry - I was as much in shock as everyone else when I saw it but now I'm laughing...just the image of this man/beast/creature killing that skinny scrooge looking guy who was about to be married...and that businessman whose children he killed and arranged as if they were merely sleeping - that "minor death" Wo0h0o!!! (An English allusion - yay for my being an english major 0;-)

So yeah Angellus was bad - and he looked funny and sounded weird too. Let this be a lesson kids - if you kill people and their children Santa will NOT bring you presents - Hannukah or Christmas wise! Consider yourselves warned.

And we got to see Jenny again!!! Yay!!! I mean - sure we know its not the real Jenny and all but still - its Robia LaMorte doing LaMorty things 0:-) And Giles was being so evil to poor Angel - how can he continue to blame him for something the demon inside did? Its like blaming someone with split personalities...I think Giles should get over it although its probably hard to live knowing that if he, as Xander so eloquently put it "gets a happy" Angel will be Angellus again. But the crossbow was excessive - I thought I was the only one who greeted people with a crossbow in hand *jk*
(Side Note: Giles can cook!!! No - not that way you pervy readers - I mean Giles can make food!!! We saw him - wow...)

But back to Angel curses - maybe there is some sort of clause to the original curse which said that if he got a happy and lived he wouldn't have to ever fear losing his soul again...maybe those bad little Jenny clansmen got over it...but I don't think so...I really think we are seeing the last of Angel...which is a terrible loss - I wish those gypsies would get over it - I mean the girl would hae been dead by now anyway - mortals aren't built to last - vampires are. They should deal - maybe make up a support group for victims of Angel - do something supportive. *giggle*

And speaking of seeing Angel - what about that sex scene? It was ambiguous because its IS channel 11 - come on guys - but still it was a lot more explicit than the original scene - I saw Buffy's back!!! *giggle* I almost screamed when he bit her though...that's taking the whole rough sex to an extreme I hope to never encounter *eg*

And Willow's offering to as my brother would say "give it up?" How funny was that? She was so happy about it and so silly and the BARRY GUY? *LOL* I don't know what other people see in him but *shudder* And Oz was so perfect - remember his whole standing up and sitting down thing? That was funny squared! His turning her down was so perfect and so much like I would expect from him. *sigh* What a dreamboat 0:-) It kind of reminded me of how he turned her down for their first kiss too...Its a funny thought but Oz is probably the most romantic guy on the show...well except for Spike who brings dead rats. *fluttering heart*

Evil was kind of long-winded although I was getting into the whole speech until Buffy jumped in with her - "Okay - so you're evil!" *giggle* Cute but kind of upset the mood - but then she saved it when Evil said "DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH?" and she's like "Let me guess...Evil?" *giggle* Funny stuff...

Then Hell froze over...Snow on the Hellmouth - cold over the darkest fieriest pit...the hell we know was covered in it... *sigh* What did it mean? Was Angel forgiven? Did the souls pardon him? Would day have kept away so Angel could be spared even if Buffy had not shown up?

All I know is that one of the sweetest moments in the history of BtVS occurred last night as they finally admitted their feelings and learned that we don't always need to suffer and hide. Last night's episode was beautiful - it was about forgiveness, love and the tyding up of souls.

Giles is beginning to forget Jenny, Joyce is still avoiding Giles, Willow & Oz, Buffy and Angel are ready to part on amicable terms and Poor Xander *sigh* Maybe he can hook up with Amy - get himself a witch girlfriend too 0:-)
I hope snow forgot to fall in Aspen and Cordelia roasted...
