This is an animated clock. The "pendulum" (her head) swings back and forth behind the grass as if she's grazing. I used to have her on my desk at work until the new Chancellor started and now we're not allowed to have personal effects on our desks. Suuuuck! That's kinda ok, though, cuz the clock doesn't tell time anymore. :-)
