Why I created this page!

The main reason I created this page was because well... other pages on this topic are horrible. They try to make some money off of it and could care less if you get strong. They also recommend stupid high-set protocols that don't build muscle except for the steroid user. Incase you don't know, my beliefs in bodybuilding and weightlifting have changed so drastically that if I could it would destroy this page and create another one from scratch. It is going to be very hard to update my articles. I grow sick just by reading them. For those of you who have heard of it, I am pretty much what you call a HIT trainer (High Intensity Training). I believe in working your muscle to the max in relatively low amounts of sets. I believe in using advanced techniques such as staggering sets, drop sets, forced reps and such to get the most out of every set of training. I believe that you need to only work out at the most 3 times a week using an effective full-body workout or split your muscle groups. I have to admit though that I'm not a TRUE HIT trainer. True HIT trainers beleive in only 1 SET! This is a little extreme in my opinion, but for the most part I believe in what they say and it works. I once succumbed to the high-set protocol like many others, but I'm now on the right road. The best page I have ever seen on high intensity training would have to be http://www.cyberpump.com.
