These paintings were started in 1990 and many are current. I am mostly a self taught painter. I took one short Adult Continueing Education Class in 1990 at Sturgis High School, Sturgis, MI. Then again, I started classes with Donna Arnold at the Washington Street Art School in Goshen IN. Spring of 2005. As of May 2005 I have had 12 weeks with a total of 36 classroom hours. Donna's Husband
This is my first try at a human figure. Our Art teacher, Donna Arnold, had her husband pose for our sketches. This was completed at home with the sketch and a photo for reference. The sketch was directly placed on the canvas.
