I graduated from Bethel College (Kansas) with a major in Tuba (music performance). I also play the piano, sing, and write music and poetry. I have played in the Goshen College jazz band and orchestra and have been playing in the Lakes Area Community Band for several years. I have enjoyed those opportunities very much, but playing in this small brass ensemble has been a welcome and enjoyable addition.

As of late, I perform in the Maple City Chamber Orchestra and I was selected to perform in the Grace College Wind Ensemble which I have continued to this day. It has been a wonderful experience with one of the best sounding groups that I have played in.

I have been an Elkhart County resident for 16 years and currently live in Goshen. I am single, work at NIBCO in Goshen, and attend Communion Fellowship, also in Goshen, where I have enjoyed teaching Kindergarden Sunday school, working with the kids and youth of the church, playing on the church worship team, and am currently on the greeter's team.
