1 can pear halves, drained 1 to 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, cooked (you can cook you own or use pre-cooked)
1 small package Philadelphia cream cheese 2 scallions, chopped 1/3 cup mayonnaise (your own or store-bought
* but don’t use lite.) Reserve some shrimp for garnish | In a bowl, mash shrimp with a fork, add scallions.
Mix Philadelphia and mayonnaise together and add to shrimp mash. Garnish plates with lettuce leaves,
place one or two pear halves on top. Cover with shrimp mixture and garnish with one or two whole shrimp. |
