1 - 8oz. bar cream cheese, softened 1 - 8 oz. container of cold pack cheddar cheese food (I use Wispride or Kaukauna)
1/2 cup beer 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic 1 round pumpernickle bread (cut a circle in the top and hollow out
reserving the bread for cubing later.) | Whip the last four ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Let chill (usually overnight). Prepare the
pumpernickle before serving, and spoon the dip into the pumpernickle bowl. I put it on a large platter, and place 1" bread cubes, pumpernickle and french bread, around the bowl.
