tomatoes cans of whole kernel corn black olives black beans
cilantro garlic jalapenos | chop the tomatoes (not too fine) add corn, olives, beans, cilantro, garlic
and jalapenos

It's
good served over "Mexican Chicken Breast" ...to make those I place chicken breasts in a large zip-lock bag, dump in
a packet of Taco Seasoning Mix, and a few drops of oil, and bake in oven or cook on the grill, if the mood
strikes me to light the grill. Serve the salsa over the chicken either cold or warm, sprinkle with shredded cheese
and add a small dollop of sour cream. I don't have exact amounts or a recipe for the salsa- I'm one of those cooks
that adds a little of this, a little of that, etc. Just play around with it. Good luck! -barbgarret
