1 lb velveeta minced onions, garlic and bell pepper a small amount of butter or olive oil
a small can of mild chopped green chilis (use jalapenos if you want it hot) some half & half (or any type of milk)
a splash of beer (the beer makes a difference in the taste, but it can be left out --I prefer it there...J).
