Sausage Balls-SerenaTN : from the IE
Ingredients: Directions:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild or medium sausage
2 or 3 cups of Bisquick
(enough to bind it all together)
Mix all in a big bowl
form 1 inch balls
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet
at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or so.

Chili Cheese Dip -Jennifertoo: from the IE
Ingredients: Directions:
1 lb velveeta
minced onions, garlic and bell pepper
a small amount of butter or olive oil
a small can of mild chopped green chilis
(use jalapenos if you want it hot)
some half & half (or any type of milk)
a splash of beer
(the beer makes a difference in the taste,
but it can be left out
--I prefer it there...J).
Sautee minced onions, garlic and bell pepper
in butter or olive oil
until tender .
Add velveeta to the onion/bell peppers,
Add chilis, half & half and beer
Cook over low heat until all melted.
Really good cheese dip which I got from the cook at an old Chi-Chi's restaurant...J

Tortilla Roll-Ups -Kim/OK: from the IE
Ingredients: Directions:
8 oz softened cream cheese
picante sauce
flour tortillas
Mix softened cream cheese with
some(not the whole jar) picante sauce.
Spread on a flour tortillas
roll up tightly
Refridgerate for a couple of hours
and then slice into 1" slices.

Bacon Hotdog Roll-Ups -PeggyC:from the IE
Ingredients:Directions:
pkg of hot dogs
pkg of bacon
brown sugar
Cut hotdogs into quarters
Cut slices of bacon into halfs
Place hotdog portion on to sliced bacon
sprinkle w/ brown sugar
Roll bacon over hot dog
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F till sizzeling
