Cranberry-Lemonade Punch -Billie/MT:from the IE
Ingredients:Directions:
2 cans frozen cranberry juice concentrate
3-4 cans frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can frozen fruit punch (opt.)
1 bottle Club Soda
A day or two ahead of time, mix together some of the punch recipe
and freeze in empty (rinsed out thoroughly) milk cartons (or fancy jello molds or ice cube trays)
and use that for ice in the punch bowl (after removing the milk container, first)
Combine cranberry juice and lemonade in a large punch bowl
Let them thaw a little
Then add club soda to fill.
Taste it and add what it needs.
I've made this for adult and childrens parties and everyone loved it.-Billie

This is very easy and you can add to it as you need to, without measuring anything.

Koolaid Punch -Carrie:From the IE
Ingredients:Directions:
1 pkt "Hawaiian Punch" Koolaid
1, 2 liter bottle of lemon-lime soda (7up, Squirt, etc) or ginger ale
1 qt vanilla ice cream
(I have also used rainbow sherbet-kathi)
Mix packet of Kool-Aid according to packet directions.
Pour into lg punch bowl.
Add soda
Fill with scoops of ice cream to cover.
Don't mix up until right before serving, this keeps the fizz in the soda and the ice cream doesn't get too foamy.
I love this punch and so does everyone else.

This amount will make enough for about 2 bowls of punch.
(When you fill it up 3/4 of the way.)
It is really easy to make up ahead and inexpensive also.

Strawberry-Kiwi Punch -Sandra T: from the IE
Ingredients:Directions:
1 carton Chaquita Strawberry-Kiwi Juice
2 liters Ginger Ale
Put juice in the Freezer.
Take it out 30 minutes before serving.
Place in lg punch bowl
Add Ginger ale.
It is good and refreshing and doesn't taste like "punch".

Note: Recipe is easily multiplied for larger crowds.

Pineapple Punch -Cherie:From the IE
Ingredients:Directions:
4 c. Sugar
4 c. hot water
9 c. cold water
1 sm and 1 lg box jello (fruit flavor like strawberry etc)
1 oz almond extract
2 large cans pineapple juice
16 oz lemon juice
3, 2L bottles of Sprite or gingerale.
In lg saucepan, combine hot water, sugar and jello,stirring until dissolved
Cool
Combine cold water, extract, pineapple and lemon juice in lg bowl
Stir in cooled jello mixture
Refrigerate
When ready to serve, combine punch with chilled soda or gingerale, in a lg punch bowl.
Note: You may wish to freeze some of the punch in ice cube trays or fancy jello molds to prevent the punch from being diluted.

This recipe makes 13 qts and is very good.
