Bahama Mama -Val: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz coconut liqueur
1/4 oz 151 proof rum
1/4 oz coffee liqueur
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 oz pineapple juice
Combine ingredients and pour over cracked ice in a tall glass.
(you don't have to crack your ice - it just looks perty)
Garnish with strawberry or cherry.
Prepare to dance the funky chicken.

Singapore Sling -Val: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients: Directions:
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz gin
carbonated water
1/2 oz cherry flavored brandy
Shake lemon, sugar, and gin with ice
and strain into Collins glass.
Add ice cubes and fill with carbonated water.
Float cherry flavored brandy on top. Decorate with fruit and serve with straws.

Strawberry Daquiri -Val: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz strawberry schnapps
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Margarita -Val: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon or lime juice
Rum rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime.
Dip rim in salt.
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the salt rimmed glass.
