Magic Quick Cookies: from the Idea Exchange
Ingredients:Directions:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
Add ONE of the following ingredients:
1 c. chopped nuts OR
3 c. shredded coconut (my favorite) OR
2 c. raisins OR
2 c. cornflakes OR
2 c. chopped dates
Mix cond. milk, peanut butter, and 1 other ingredient.
Drop onto well greased baking sheet.
Bake 12 min. @ 375 degrees.
Remove from pan at once.

Brownie Trees - Eddie: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
1 (1 lb. 3.5-oz) pkg. Pillsbury Rich and Moist Fudge Brownie Mix
1 12-oz. pkg "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
1 can Pillsbury Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting
Green Food Coloring
Grease bottom of 15"x10"x1" or 11"x7"x1" baking pan.*
Prepare Brownie Mix according to package directions.
For extra rich brownies, stir 1 cup of "M&M's"® Mini Baking Bits into batter.
Spread brownie batter evenly in greased pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
Use a cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes.**
Add a few drops of green food coloring to frosting.
Frost brownie trees; decorate with "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate Mini Baking Bits.
Store covered.
Makes about 15 (3-inch) Brownie Trees.

TIPS:* Pan can be lined with aluminum foil for easy removal of brownies. Grease bottom of foil-lined pan.
** Reserve extra brownie pieces for snacking or crumbling over ice cream.

Missouri Mud No Bake Cookies -Angie: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups quick cooking oats, divided
1/4 tsp butter
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
Mix sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat
Bring to rolling boil and cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. (Add 3 cups oats, then gradually add more until desired consistency is reached.)
Drop quickly by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper.
Chill until set.

Mom's Easy Blondies- Marion: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
2 cups brown sugar (light or dark)
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups chopped walnuts (or any other nuts)
Mix together first three ingredients, add remaining.
Dough will be stiff.
Spread in 9x13 greased but not floured pan (use smaller pan if thicker cookies are desired).
Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Cool & cut into squares.
Recipe can be halved, easily.
