1 pound fresh cranberries 1 small-med. naval orange, quartered but with peel left on
1-1/2 cup sugar (1 cup is usually enough, but do to your taste) 3 Tbsp. bourbon or Grand Marnier |
Put half the berries and half the orange in a food processor. Process, turning on and off quickly, until it's evenly
chopped to a pretty finetexture, but not smooth - leave it in teeny, teeny pieces. Repeat with other half of
berries and orange. Then put all the berries and orange in the food processor and add sugar and alcohol.
Process just to mix;adjusting sugar, if needed. Keep in fridge in airtight container. Can double recipe.
Best if made a day or two ahead. |
