2, 6oz pkgs of frozen or canned crab meat 1, 10 oz pkg frozen pea's, thawed,
1 C celery, diced 1 Sm onion, diced 3/4 C mayonaise 1 T lemon juice 1/8 t curry powder 1 t soy sauce
1/8 t garlic salt 1 1/2 C fettucini, broken in 3-4"pieces Peanut oil Fresh parsley, chopped |
Combine first 4 ingredients & toss well Combine next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Pour over crab mixture & toss lightly.
Chill. Cook fettucini, according to pkg directions. Drain, rinse with cold water & drain. Pat almost dry with
paper towels or put in salad spinner. Heat oil to 350 degrees in a lg skillet or wok. Drop several noodles into hot
oil and stir to separate. Note:Oil will splatter if noodles are not dry Fry about 1 minute or until
lightly brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat procedure with remaining noodles. Serve crabmeat mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle with parsley. Yield: 6 wonderfully delicious servings!Unless I am your guest...then there are only 2!
