3 cups, boiled sweet potatoes (about 4 good sized ones or a couple of cans)
1/2 Cup sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 eggs beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup milk TOPPING:
1/3 Cup melted butter or margarine 1 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans |
Mash the potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Add topping.
Bake 25 min., at 350 degrees F serves 10 - 12 |
