Appearance and biology: Kadali are little known to the majority of the galaxy. They come from a small moon orbiting one of the countless gas giants in the outer rim. The Kadali have a humanoid build with three-finger hands ideal for griping the gigantic coral structures that grow out of the never ending oceans of Kada V. The Kadali have four distinct color patterns: light blue, dark blue, light tan, and dark brown. Light blue is the most common and dark brown is the rarest. The Kadali are amphibious and have gills on the back of there extended heads. Their feet are also webbed.
Temperament: Kadali are highly loyal beings, which is one of the reasons why there are so many clan wars on their home planet. On average they tend to act first and think later. Also, as a whole they are an incredibly curious lot who have an innate want to explore unknown territory it is near impossible to keep a Kadali from going to a place that they see as interesting, neat, or exciting.
History and Culture: Kada V is a world covered by oceans with no true bodies of land, not even islands. However there are several very high sand beds that when the average humanoid stands on them the water only comes up between their waste and ankles. It is on these many sand beds that the Kadali dwell. They build buildings out of the huge coral structures that tower into the sky, and whose roots keep the sand beds from washing out. The Kadali have a feudalistic commune society organized in clans. They believe that every being has its place in a society and they must take their place. If one refuses to take there place or one is deemed to have no role they are physically marked as an outcast and banished. There are constantly clan wars on the planet.
Politics: Kadali society is structured around the clan. The council of elders chooses what a being’s role is in the community. The council also picks its own replacements. So often the council seats become hereditary. The Council of elders decides on all matters.
Technology: The Kadali have made many interesting and unique hydro devices. They have combustible engines, but have yet to master the atom. Trade and Technology: The Kadali are confused by outsiders and normally want nothing to do with them. So there is no official trade. However, the biggest export of Kada V is outcast Kadali who sell themselves as mercenaries or indentured servants.

Special Abilities:
Amphibious: The Kadali are amphibious and breathe equally well on both land and water. They gain an additional +1D to the following skills while underwater: brawling parry, dodge, survival, search, and brawling.
Aptitudes: A Kadali either comes from a coral city or from the ocean. So at time of character creation for every 1D put into climbing it counts as 2D, if from a coral area. If the character is from the ocean then they get 2D for every 1D to swimming. Limit 1D.
Story Factors:
Outsider dislike: The Kadali in general will treat any alien coldly and maybe even hostile.
Environment: Due to their natural environment most Kadali will have dice in both Climbing/jumping and swimming.
