Capsule: The Paladin was created with the Jedi in mind. Core Galaxy systems marketed it to the Jedi as a personal means of convience. While many Jedi had no interest in such things, there were several who invested in the ship. Core Galaxy sytems then started selling the ships to the Republic Security Force as a means of transportation for their field agents. The Security Force bought several of the Paladins for this purpose. Nearly all smugglers, gansters, and criminals try to avoid the Paladin because nine times out of ten it is associated with the peacekeepers and law enforcers of the galaxy.
