Capsule: The Xp29 is designed by a little known outer rim company called Plasmac. Plasmac designs plasma tools and personel energy weapons. While their product line and marketing is meager at best, they have one of the best R&D departments around (in fact, Blastech reguallary contracts them to help with development). One of the few guns that Plasmac has released on their own is the Xp29. The Xp29 was not developed by plasmac, rather it was discovered by one of their employees on Tatooine. A clever little jawa had cobbled together and odd looking, but powerful blaster. When the employee asked what it was exactly, the Jawa only smattered out "Ouch Gun." The employee took the rough design and tweaked it creating the Xp-29 ouch gun. The Xp29 looks like a clunky blaster rifle. When it fires it shoots not just a blaster bolt but electricity. The shot has the odd of appearance of a red blaster bolt with blue lightening flashing around it.
