Description: The Torro was meant as a “family vehicle” Nearly every repulsor car manufacture has a vehicle similar to the Torro. The Torro gets good gas mileage and unlike most personal conveniences can take a bit of a beating. It is usually a good beginning vehicle. The Torro looks like a Tempo that has been made more aerodynamic by making it more curved, it also has to propulsion engines on the back sides.
