Chocolate Martini
Ingredients
90ml martini glass
Ice Magic OR drinking chocolate powder
Vodka
White Creme de Cacao
Hershey's Kiss Chocolate or other decorative chocolate |
I like to dress my glass when making a
high class cocktail like this one, you can either rub the top of the glass lightly with
sugar syrup or white creme de cacao and then dust it with drinking chocolate powder, or
you can get creative and decorate the rim with ice magic and put the glass in the fridge
or freezer to set, this also chills the glass.
Then place the decorative chocolate in the base of the
glass. and slowly pour in 30mls of vodka and 30mls of white creme de cacao. |
