In this tutorial you will learn how to add a simple frame,
created in PSP 6, to a picture or image.

I'm going to use the image below. You may download it to your sever
if you would like to use it also.



1. Open the image above or the image you want a frame around in PSP 6.

2. Now you want to decide what color you want the frame.
I chose a color from within the image using my dropper.
(Make sure the color you want to use for the frame is in the bottom square like below)
The top square isn't going to be used, so don't worry about what color it is.


I chose the purple stitching in the quilt.

3. Now that you have chosen your color, you want to add a border.
Click on IMAGE/ADD BORDERS and use the following setting's.


Now your image should look like this.


4. Now you want to select your Magic Wand.

5. Put the little cross thingy inside the PURPLE of the border
and click so you see the little ant's marching like below.


6. Now click on IMAGE/EFFECTS/INNER BEVEL and use the following setting's.


7. Now click on SELECTIONS/SELECT NONE.

Here's the finished product.



You're done!!!!!
Now all you need to do is save it as a jpg.
