You're going to need 4 thing's to make this Snow Globe.
You can downlaod them here and install them into your tube's.
If you don't yet know how to install tube's, Click Here.

The Snowglobe you download already has the stand attached to it.
I found it along with ton's of other's with the stand's attached
(which make's them easier to work with) at:
Jenna's Home on the Web
Click on SnowGlobe's and then Download's to make your own.
They come in the .psp format so all you have to do is put them
in a folder and open it in PSP6. You can also make it into a tube by exporting it.

Snowglobe and Stand
Colored Sparkles
Rainbow Bubbles
Teddy Bear

OK....let's get started!!

1. Open up the file b31.psp in PSP6.
It should look like this.

Don't deselect anything. Leave the globe selected while you work.

2. Now you need to select the TBear12 tube from your Tool Option's
box and use the following setting's.

3. Now place your pointer in the middle of the globe and left click.
It should come out looking like this.

4. Now choose the RainBow Bubbles in Tube's and use this setting.

5. Place your pointer in several spot's randomly while left
clicking until you get your desired affect.

6. Now choose your Colored Sparkles from tube's and use these setting's.

7. Do the same as step 5 until you get the desired affect.
It should come out something like this.

8. Now click on Selections/Select None, or you can use the Select None button.

YOU'RE ALMOST DONE!!

Now you need to set the Transparency. This is so you don't have a
white background behind your snowglobe. This will make it look like there is no background.

9. Click on Colors/Set Pallete Transparency.

After you have clicked on that this should come up...use these setting's.

After clicking OK...this window will pop up....use these setting's.

It should look like this after clicking OK.

10. Now....all you have to do is save it as a GIF and you're done!!
