The #1 problem that people have brought to me is not being able to load all the pictures. Especially those using a Netscape browser. Most of the pictures that are not loading are .art files. They are files for AOL and you may need to check out the Netscape Website to see if they have something you could add to your browser that would enable you to view these file types.
The #2 problem is some people are not able to hear the background music on my favorite picture of Dr. Drew. That is because the HTML used to put the music on the page is not recognized by Netscape. Go to the Netscape Website to see if there is anything they can do about it.
