Chibichibimoon
Chibichibi is the infant form of Sailor Cosmos. She is a really sweet little girl. She mostly says "Chibichibi" and she also copies what other people say. In some cases, though, she talks, but in a babyish voice. Chibichibi is the hope in Galaxia's star seed. She looks very much like Sailor Moon and uses ChibiUSA's power of hypnotism to get what she wants. Very KAWAII! Chibichibi appeared from the sky on an umbrella.
