Sorry but I don't know much about the cards. I will tell you what I do know. The base set, the original cards, have a total of 102 cards. Next comes the Jungle packs, an extention to the base set, wich have a total of 64 cards. Then the fossil set came out. I don't know much about the fossil deck so don't ask. Supposedly the next two sets will be the 'Team Rocket set' and the 'Gym' deck. The cards come in 4 rarity types:common, uncommon, rare, and holographic. There are also four diferent types of cards: energy, trainer, basic pokemon, and evolved pokemon.
