Who IS Naoko Takeuchi? Naoko Takeuchi, is our heroine. She is the creative force, original artist, and story behind SailorMoon, (Pretty Soldier SailorMoon) Today we have her to thank for her wonderful imagination that she used to liven up our lives. Naoko had created many popular manga (comics) before Sailormoon. In 1991 she wrote a new story: Codename: Sailor-V. Codename Sailor-V is the story of Minako Aino (Sailor Venus from SailorMoon) and her cat Artemis. Like Luna did for Usagi, Artemis told Minako that she was destined to become a heroine, Sailor Venus - Codename : Sailor-V. In Codename Sailor-V, the story revolves around Minako's adventures as Sailor-V in England, where she fights evil. There were 3 volumes of "Code Name wa Sailor V," and then Naoko expanded her idea of "Sailor Soldiers..." |
