Sailor P. has spent most of her life outside of time. As luna once siad "it's a lonely job." She has a direct link with Rieni through the luna ball. Her weapons include her Time key, which allows her to do Dead scream and open the gate of time. It also has a very shap edge to it. Through the gate of time lies the time warp and eventually the future crystal tokyo. I'm not sure when Sailor P. left the gate to join the scouts.
